The 1st soprano has the C# a few times. A modern instrument or fast juggling with a sopranino may be relevant solutions. The original alto line has 5 low E naturals - for all 5 there have been cued alternatives - in the 4 first situations there are cues for the preceding notes also (for better voicing).
